With EDD the mailing piece needs to be a minimum of a 6″ x 9″ piece. It is very difficult to find someone that will print that size piece. I have been searching off and on for a year now. And I found it was too expensive to go that way.
Honestly try 4 by 5 if you can fit everything on there, we use that and it works fine at a low cost.
